Returns
We are happy to exchange, credit or refund any item which does
not fit, it is unusable or is deemed faulty as faulty within 21
days of the purchase date on the original receipt. The item must be
unworn, unsoiled, in the same packaging as sent and with labels
still attached. We do not refund postage for exchange or refunded
items but in the case of items that are deemed faulty we do refund
postage. Please indicate if you would prefer a refund or would be
happy with an exchange for another item, size or colour or a credit
which may be used at a later date. Additional postage applies for
exchanges that are sent out. Please see below returns procedure

Goods may be returned to the address below with prior notice.
Please contact our customer service department details below. When
sending goods back please include the following details:
- Reason for return
- Items you wish to have sent as an exchange
- Your contact details should there be any querie regarding your
return
- Your credit card details for refunds
- Your full name and shipping address for exchanges
Please note we cannot be responsible for returns that do not
reach us so please choose a delivery method that can be tracked
such as registered post. We suggest you take out insurance
depending on the value of your return and please keep all
documentation in case you need to make a claim should your parcel
no arrive.
