RETURNS
We are happy to refund goods where there is a manufacturing fault.
E-Mail us with your request before sending goods include description
of goods and fault. Goods which have be worn must be washed prior to
return.Goods will not be considered faulty if washing and storing
instructions have not been adhered to. All refunds must be sent back
with receipt and an explanation of the goods fault. Include neccesary
contact information so we can contact you for any further information
we may require.Your refund will include postage charges.
EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange items if they are unsuitable. E-mail us with
your request before returning goods include style number, colour, size
and reason for exchange. All exchange requests must be received within
14 calendar days from the date your order was shipped. Exchanges will
only be considered when goods are in original condition. Health
regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or
laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot
be exchanged. All labels must be attatched removal of labels will be
considered acceptance of goods. Please include with goods proof of
purchase and contact details.
